welcome to my personal cookbook

Before you ask, no, I’m not a professional chef, nor do I have any culinary qualifications. This is simply a collection of dishes I make at home. I’ve wanted to do this for a while, and I finally found the courage to start. My goal is to create a database of all my recipes and share them with you. So, just to clarify, this is no professional cookbook, just a passion project of a home cook.

I love cooking and trying new dishes. Since 2020, I’ve been writing a weekly meal plan, which started during the pandemic to reduce store trips. This habit brought several benefits:

Planning meals helps me use ingredients efficiently. For instance, if a recipe calls for half a pumpkin, I’ll plan another meal to use the other half
